✨We are excited to announce the opening of Peace & Purpose Integrative Therapy!

Opening June 1st, our practice will provide compassionate mental health services for children, teens, and adults through integrative and client-centered approaches using trauma-informed care.

At Peace & Purpose, we believe therapy is not about "fixing" people- it's about creating a safe environment to process, grow, learn, and reconnect with the version of yourself underneath the stress, anxiety, trauma, burnout, or chaos of life.

Our mission is simple:
Finding Peace. Restoring Purpose

We will be offering:
Individual Therapy
In-Person and Telehealth Sessions
Consultations and Supervision Services

Starting a practice has involved 87 cups of coffee, emotional support from loved ones and saying "I'll just finish one more thing" at least 200 times...but we cannot wait for what's ahead!
