Buddhism is more than a belief system; it is a way of living with awareness. It teaches you to master your thoughts, emotions, desires, and actions. The greatest transformation begins not by changing the world, but by understanding and mastering yourself.

There are seasons that take us into dark places within ourselves we never knew existed, where even the smallest flicker of light is beyond our reach. And still, somehow, beauty keeps finding its way back in if we let it. Wonder returns, love flows again, and our smiles find their way back onto our faces.

I find it incredibly powerful to feel my heart as heavy as stone while traveling through the chambers of darkness and to still somehow have the capacity to be moved by something beautiful. Maybe that is one of the wildest forms of resilience there is.

I can only hope that each of us finds that same kind of fortitude. 🤍
