Welcome to the recycling family little nail polish recycling box!

Thank you SalonCycle and Beetles Gel Polish for including my studio in this recycling program!

Please bring in any dried up, used and emptied nail polish bottles and we’ll make sure they’re disposed of properly! I personally love an excuse to clean up (and throw out) and I know we all have a drawer in the bathroom or bottom shelf with all the old polish on it. Now I can help you recycle them too!

It’s been SO LONG since I’ve posted I thought I should reintroduce myself to my followers now that I have these gorg new photos (thanks Kristina | VA Headshots and Business Branding Photography !💕)

I entered the hair industry full-time 13 years ago after I graduated from Virginia Tech, although I received my cosmetology license in high school and worked at salons through college! Hair is and always has been my passion, college was my backup plan. 🤪

I was raised a Hokie! It was the only college I was willing to attend and still love going to Football and Basketball games!

I will talk about my dogs and being gluten-free like it’s my entire personality. Please join me, I love hearing about your fur babies too!

Early in my career, I was told wearing my hair naturally curly wasn’t “professional” or “styled.” If it can’t be accepted behind the chair, how do we expect to embrace it every day and in all types of circumstances?! Hearing that changed my perspective on how I created cuts and colors on my clients with textured hair but I have also intentionally sought out more education about textured hair. We should feel free and confident to wear it naturally even when it’s been slept on, air dried and still damp, or the humidity is 100% outside (iykyk).

I have been working off this list for two years now and appreciate all the love you all have given me but I’m doing my best to keep up!
