According to Chinese medicine, the ideal times to eliminate bowel movements are associated with the body's natural energy flow and organ systems. These times are believed to be optimal for maintaining overall health and well-being. Here's a general overview:
Early Morning (5 a.m. - 7 a.m.): This time is associated with the Large Intestine meridian, which is responsible for eliminating waste and toxins from the body. Having a bowel movement during this time is considered beneficial for clearing out accumulated waste from the previous day.
Late Morning (7 a.m. - 9 a.m.): This period is linked to the Stomach meridian, which is responsible for digestion. It is believed that having a bowel movement during this time aids in proper digestion and absorption of nutrients from the morning meal.
Afternoon (1 p.m. - 3 p.m.): This time is associated with the Small Intestine meridian. Although not directly related to bowel movements, maintaining a healthy digestive system during this time is considered important for overall well-being.
Late Afternoon/Early Evening (5 p.m. - 7 p.m.): This time is linked to the Bladder meridian. Chinese medicine suggests that having a bowel movement during this time helps with the elimination of waste and promotes smooth energy flow in the body.
It's important to note that individual variations are normal, and not everyone will follow this schedule precisely. Factors such as diet, lifestyle, and overall health can influence bowel movement patterns. Additionally, if you have any concerns about your bowel movements or gastrointestinal health, it's essential to consult a qualified healthcare professional or a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner for personalized advice and guidance.

If you wake up around 5:00 AM consistently, it is thought that your body's large intestine is in its active phase, and it is a good time for elimination and bowel movements to support overall health and well-being according to TCM principles.
According to Chinese medicine and the concept of the body's internal clock, the organ that is believed to be awake and most active during the time between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM is the large intestine. In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), it is believed that each organ has its peak energy and function at specific times of the day, and this is associated with the body's natural circadian rhythm.

CABBAGE SOUP |
Why is Cabbage a Detox?
Cabbage does double detox duty. Its diuretic properties help rid your body of excess liquid, carrying toxins along with it. Like other cruciferous veggies, cabbage is also sulfur-rich, helping your liver break down toxins so they can be more easily expelled.

Avoids DAIRY. Be selective with YOGURT brands. Go for Goat KEFIR |
Kefir has Probiotics are known as 'friendly bacteria' that may ease IBS symptoms such as bloating and digestive distress in some people.
For best results, stick to around 1–3 cups (237–710 mL) per day and pair it with a variety of other fermented foods and beverages to increase your intake of probiotics.
Kefir vs. Dairy Intolerance?
“Like yogurt, which is made from fermented milk, kefir contains lots of bacteria that aid lactose digestion. ... Yogurt doesn't produce symptoms of lactose intolerance because these bacteria help digest the lactose. However, kefir has a broader range of nutrients than does yogurt”
What is the difference between milk and kefir?
Kefir and milk contain similar amounts of calories - kefir has 43 calories per 100 grams and milk has 50 calories. For macronutrient ratios, kefir is heavier in protein, heavier in carbs and lighter in fat compared to milk per calorie.

For everyone else: here is what you want to know about Enzymes:
⭐️Digestive enzymes are essential to nutrition and overall good health. 🫀
⭐️Enzymes are like little soldiers 🧑🤝🧑that create chemical reactions in the body.
⭐️They help your body absorb nutrients from the foods you eat. Without them, certain foods can lead to uncomfortable symptoms, food intolerances, or nutritional deficiencies.‼️‼️‼️
⭐️They also help to ease the burden of allergy-like compounds, freeing the immune fractions traveling in the lymph system for other work.💪
⭐️Enzymes are produced by the body to break down food substances and to expedite count less metabolic processes.
⭐️Enzymes are utilized by the body to clear toxic-waste buildup in the lymph and blood.
⭐️Digestive Enzymes can help to “digest” or breakdown organic debris in the circulatory and lymph systems.
