It has been a while since really posting too much on this page! I sincerely apologize. It has been a crazy 2026!

With that being said, there is a lot of new and a lot of crazy that has happened thus far this year! We can discuss that at a different time!

HOWEVER, as a brand KCutzOfficial has began the journey into a new vertical! That is EDUCATION! This is a move that has been coming for a while and now that we have built the relationships and gained the platform we want to bring some things to you.

This is about working together and building something better. Collaboration over Competition, to a degree, healthy competition is good.

I want to know what are some classes that you would like to have and knowledge that you as a Barber or a Stylist/Cosmetologist would like to learn! Please do me a favor and drop a comment below 👇 and let us know what we can provide!

We will be working with some big brands to bring this education to you so be open and honest and let’s get this started!

Thinking about buying a salon or barbershop?

Don't get distracted by buzzwords in a business listing.

Phrases like:

• "Established salon business"
• "Loyal client base"
• "Strong community presence"
• "Recognizable brand"
• "Turnkey opportunity"

Sound great on paper. But before you sign anything, dig deeper.

Ask yourself:

Is this actually a business with systems, profitability, and brand value?

Or is it simply a furnished space with a lease attached to it?

A true business should have:

✔️ Verifiable revenue
✔️ Consistent profit history
✔️ Documented systems and processes
✔️ Client retention data
✔️ A recognizable brand that exists beyond the owner

If a listing mentions an "active social media presence" or "immediate income potential," ask for proof.

Request:

• Profit & Loss Statements
• Bank Statements
• Tax Returns
• Appointment and booking reports
• Retail sales reports
• Client retention metrics

Don't buy based on promises. Buy based on numbers.

Another phrase to be cautious of is "turnkey business."

The equipment, furniture, stations, and décor may have value. But if the business itself isn't profitable, you're essentially buying used equipment and taking over someone else's problems.

Also understand the lease situation.

Meet the newest K9 partnership joining our agency's Patrol Division. Deputy Joey Fort and K9 Coco have officially started their training to become certified. They are gearing up and learning all they can to serve our community well. K9 Coco is a two-year-old German Shepherd trained in narcotics detection and tracking.

Deputy Joey Fort is a valued member of our team, who has a wealth of experience he brings to the table.
