The real glow comes from your Aura though…that projection is how you feel on the inside…..To me , Your skin “Flex” should be the proper sleep/recovery you’re getting, how you self care, what you put into your body. ( people, tech, socials) and how we treat others…..Taking care of #1 is MOST important.
Fancy and expensive products are ok. But if youre not doing the work consistently and internally its just like putting “ lipstick on a pig” 🤷🏻♀️

Guest presented very upset, dry, red, flaking in the eye area. This condition can come out from many different reasons from eyelash glue and acrylic nails Yep. (Sorry to burst the bubble). First, Leave your hands OFF! Treating root cause, even things like anxiety and constant worry are key. If you fight or flight is always on alert this is inflammation!!! Actives in otc products and hot showers this time of year are only making the condition worse.

Not a ton of photos but that is what a rest and reset should be….. my “ love myself” trip i took it way down. Little office work. Had bad cell reception so that was a forced pause which was welcomed. Slept 3 consecutive nights in a row for 8 hours, moved my body every day, amazing coffee, found dynamite pizza for south Florida it was 🔥🔥. Walked a lot, gorgeous architecture and the real estate is dreamy. 75 and Sunny every day. I am grateful .wilson.06 for having me join him. Met new amazing people. I feel refueled and inspired to come home and get back to taking care of all of my people.. oh. I had my first IV drip bag of vitamins and minerals and oh boy did I find a wellness Mecca😍. Cant wait to tell you all about it more! Ill tag all of the places i visited!!
