Golden Rose Nails and Spa

Dear Valued Clients,

We would like to take a moment to explain why Golden Rose Nails & Spa requires a deposit to secure appointments.

Over time, we have experienced an increasing number of appointments where clients do not arrive, cancel at the last minute, or book multiple time slots and later choose whichever appointment is most convenient for them. Unfortunately, when an appointment is reserved, we hold that time specifically for that client and may turn away walk-in clients or other appointment requests in order to honor that reservation.

When the reserved client does not arrive, that time cannot always be filled again, which directly affects our technicians, our schedule, and our business.

After careful consideration and discussion with our entire team, we made the decision to require deposits for appointments. We understand that this creates an additional step for both our clients and our staff — and at the end of the day, it is more work for us as well. However, we believe it is the fairest and most effective way to protect everyone’s time and ensure that appointments are taken seriously.

Our goal is never to make the booking process difficult. The deposit policy allows us to maintain a more reliable schedule, provide better service, respect our technicians’ time, and continue giving each client the attention they deserve.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and continued support of Golden Rose Nails & Spa. Your trust means so much to our team, and we are always grateful for the opportunity to take care of you.

With appreciation,
Golden Rose Nails & Spa

✨ Introducing our new NAIL BOX service at Golden Rose Nails & Head Spa ✨

Beautiful nails don’t always have to mean a long appointment.

Our Nail Box collection features handmade, ready-to-wear nail sets, carefully created by our skilled nail technicians with a variety of styles, colors, and detailed designs already prepared for you.

This service is perfect for anyone looking for:

• A beautiful set of nails for a special event, weekend, vacation, photoshoot, or other short-term occasion
• A quicker and more affordable alternative to a full nail service
• Unique handmade designs without spending hours in the salon
• Something fun and easy to change whenever you want a new look

We also want to be completely transparent: Nail Box is designed for short-term wear. Because these are ready-made press-on style nails, they will not stay on as long as traditional acrylic, Gel-X, builder gel, or other professional long-wear nail services.

The beauty of Nail Box is the convenience — beautiful, detailed, handmade nails when you want them, without the time or commitment of a long-term set. 🤍

If you’re looking for something quick, affordable, beautiful, and temporary, Nail Box might be the perfect option for you.
