Today, I practiced what I often encourage my clients to do: PAUSE. 🤍

Today was my birthday, and I chose to slow down, breathe, rest, and pour back into ME. ✨💆🏾‍♀️

As a massage therapist, I’m always reminding others that self-care isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. And today, I gave myself permission to receive the same care I so freely give.

I’m grateful for another year of life, another year to grow, and another reminder that God is good. 🙏🏽

Here’s to another year of choosing rest, gratitude, and intentional pauses. 🥂✨

Thank You for the moments I sometimes overlook but should never take for granted.
I’m grateful to be here. I’m grateful to serve. And I’m grateful for every woman who trusts Experience Pause to be a part of her wellness journey. 🤎

It’s been a while since I’ve shared a post, so I thought it was time for a little reintroduction.
If we haven’t met yet, I’m Lisa, licensed Massage and Bodywork therapist and owner of Experience Pause—a space created for women to slow down, breathe, release tension, and make their well-being a priority.

Life has been full, and I’ve spent some time behind the scenes. But I’m excited to reconnect, share more of what happens inside Experience Pause, and continue creating intentional experiences that remind women that rest is not something you have to earn.
