My love for the day! Miranda van Hees came in originally down for a balayage then wanted an Auburn color then we fell in love with this dark purple. I’m so obsessed!

She walked in and told me she hasn’t done anything but box for a year and help her look and feel younger… well I think I did it lol she walked out super happy and was in love with her hair!

She’s in 7th grade hence I’m covering her face.. first time getting her hair colored! She loved it

Hasn’t colored her hair since 2013 she said! Big change for her and had a blast with helping her get a new look. There are things we are gonna tweak come next Thursday though cause I feel like there’s some spots I wanna fix and she pulled super warm to my eyes. Been doing hair for 13 years and I’ll always be honest with my clients if there’s something I wanna tweak cause everyone deserves to have hair that just makes them feel bad ass and I don’t settle for less than perfect. 🤷🏻‍♀️

So what’s on her hair is a Covid box dye... we are not judging... she’s 14 so we softened up the roots and did a nice honey blonde highlights to do a sun kissed look
