- don't drink caffeine before your appointment, this can make your blood flow and nerves higher than usual
- feel free to take some pain meds before
- exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment, this helps get the dead skin off, letting your hair come out easier
- Go into your appointment open minded! Everyone handles pain differently, and if we need to stop mid appointment we can🩷
