✨ Limit your time in the sun, and protect it with SPF, hats and sunglasses. Don’t forget about your ears too.

✨ Incorporate hydrating products into your ritual, like mists/hydrosols, masks, oils, and balms.

✨ Use a gua sha or jade roller for a cooling, calming little treat for the skin.

✨ Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. I like to add lemon, limes, cucumbers and mint to my water to encourage more intake.
