There are so many great estheticians and med spas out here in Michigan. We all try to do the best for our clients. It's not an easy industry to be in. So much competition, and so many med spas offer excellent services. What sets us apart from them? I know first how it feels to waste money on stuff that doesn't work or isn’t suitable for my skin. I ensured everything I brought into my med spa was the best. I carry three skincare lines Alastin, Zo Skin Health, and Skin Ceuticals. Each line will promote anti-aging. Do I believe that all three skincare lines work for anti-aging? NO. I don’t think that. I do believe some are harsher than others, absolutely. I believe that laser treatments and good skin routines are a must. Microneedling also is an excellent treatment for discoloration, acne scarring, and enlarged pores. Also, hydrafacial for keeping your skin glowing and not congested. My promise to you and all of my clients is that we will check up on you and make sure that you are taking great care of your skin constantly. We won't harass like telemarketers. It can be confusing with so many different lasers and skin care products. I also know how it feels to waste money on stuff that doesn’t work for your skin. Can you overdo it with the skincare routines? Yes, you can! Try to keep it simple. Invest in a good cleanser, and exfoliate your skin twice a week. Also, vitamin C, moisturizer and, of course, sunscreen. If you don’t want brown spots and aging spots wear your sunscreen it’s super important. Especially when you are spending a ton of money on laser resurfacing. Whats the point if you aren’t going to protect your skin with sunscreen? Keep it together and stay on course with your skincare routine. I promise you will be much happier in the long run.
