This is an opportunity to rent a BEAUTIFUL commercial space room inside of Litwin Cosmetic Solutions! It would be an ideal space to offer services like nails, eyelashes, massage therapy, esthetician work, or more out of. The room comes complete with amazing decor, sink, private window, cabinet, dry erase surface and sound deadened walls/ceiling. The space also comes with all utilities, internet, trash, etc included. Common areas are shared and allow you usage of the laundry equipment, break room, bathroom and lobby waiting area. The atmosphere here is wonderful and you’ll have the ability to be a part of it, while still having the option to remain very private if you choose. Please reach out with any questions!
