Last week during kids yoga we read the book “I AM YOGA”, then used the poses from it to play “Yogi Says” & “Ring Around the Yogi”!! Followed by 15 mins of Sound Meditation FUN!!

Last Friday’s Yoga with Sound Meditation was hands down one of my 5 top classes at the studio. I had 2 goddesses joining for the 1st time & they didn’t mention until about half way through that they were pregnant, I wasn’t going to assume. Anyway they both did amazing!!! I got so excited when I found out, BIG PROUD MOMMA ENERGY hahaha… plus I got to use my pregnancy modification book from way back when & that in itself made me so happy!!! Mar was 10 & Mel was in my belly!!! Time truly flies, I love being able to connect to my body, mind & spirit, while assisting others on the same journey… Life is BEAUTIFUL!!
