This is very outside the box and my comfort zone. I put my energy into wellness this year. I have been overweight and out of shape for many years, as well as suffering from untreated moderate to severe sleep apnea. I think I just had a moment where the pressure of age really sank in. None of us are getting any younger. The time to care for ourselves is always now. This can take shape in many forms, but whatever that form may be, negative self talk will never improve how you feel.

This can manifest in your salon appointments too. Instead of viewing your flaws, how about looking at what you have and what you are capable of? I never look at my clients and think "God they are beyond hope" There is always something nice to find and make the focus of their beauty treatment. Much like I have a fitness buddy that helped inspire me and keep me motivated, I am your brow and lash buddy. ♥️
