I offer massage therapy in the Bloomington area. Services offered at my office include regular massage (often called Swedish), which can include elements of stretching, trigger point, and other therapies, as is appropriate for the client.

I am certified in trigger point therapy, which is beneficial for sciatica, TMJ, back pain, arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome. I also offer cupping therapy, using pliable silicone cups, as an optional add-on to any regular massage session. This type of cupping therapy is quite gentle, yet very effective.

Cupping therapy can be very beneficial as part of any massage session and is especially helpful for those who have difficulty tolerating the pressure of a typical massage, such as fibromyalgia patients.

Reflexology sessions are available, both as a separate service and as part of the very popular Body & Sole package.
