I graduated from the Lincoln College Massage Therapy Program in Normal, Illinois. I am nationally certified and licensed in the state of Illinois.
My mission is to eliminate any tension or pain in your body by restoring your muscles and surrounding tissue to their original length and strength through skilled, professional bodywork. I offer therapeutic massage, including deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. Looking to escape and de-stress? I offer Swedish massage, too, - the best for relaxation!

If you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24-hours’ notice. Otherwise, you will be charged for your session. Payment must be made before you reschedule a new session.

Effective Monday, Feb 28, our indoor mask mandate will be removed. I will no longer be wearing a mask at my office (after almost two years, this is really good news to me!). However, I am willing to accommodate any high-risk clients who would prefer I continue to wear a mask during their session. When I text you your appointment reminder, let me know privately.
