• take tylenol about 30 minutes before your appointment

• avoid caffeine beforehand since it can increase sensitivity

• stay well hydrated so your skin handles waxing better

• try not to book during your menstrual or luteal phase, when the body tends to be more sensitive

a brazilian wax is only about 10–15 minutes of discomfort, and it becomes much easier when you stay consistent with your appointments
