To be fair to our stylists and other clients, if you are 10 minutes or more late for your appointment, you may not receive your full service, or you may be asked to reschedule.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or miss your appointment all together, a fee of 50% of the missed service (up to $100.00) may be added to your next appointment.
