We are glad to be opening back up again but to ensure compliance with the guidelines laid down by CDC, state and local authorities, we are making a few changes and would like to request your support to maintain a safe and healthy environment/experience for us all, while we navigate through this “new normal”.

Changes we are making:
Stylists will wear PPE at all times
Stylists and staff will sanitize in between clients
Stylists will coordinate their schedules to minimize the number of people at Lumos
Thorough cleaning/sanitization of the salon everyday
Working extended hours to ensure time for compliance with these guidelines
Stylists will only provide services by appointment only

Support we need from you:
Please act responsibly if you are showing any symptoms or have any reason to believe that you came into contact with someone who was exposed to the virus. We assure you that we will do the same.
Please wear a mask at all times to ensure the safety of your stylists and those around you.
Please wait in your car instead of the waiting area. Your stylist will text you when they are ready for you to come into the salon.
Upon arrival, the stylist will take your temperature and guide you to sanitize your hands.
Please refrain from eating and drinking while in the salon.
No entourages please.
Please reconsider the use of restrooms in the Salon so as to avoid exposure to common areas.
We appreciate and seek your patience, support and understanding. Help us in making this a safer and more pleasant experience for you.

As per governor’s orders we will be closed until April 6th. We will update this post if the news changes. Avoid taking drastic measures by doing your own hair. We’ll be ready to get you all put back together when this is over.
