So I have been very sick since Thursday. And I want to address some things about massage therapy. The last week or so of work I have seen a few people that were sick but didn't feel the need to cancel the appointment. They took meds so they weren't feeling symptoms and came in anyway. I am not saying that I got sick from one of them and thankfully tested negative for covid and flu. But not just for the sake of yourself but also for others, if you are sick or think you might be getting sick then please cancel your appointment. You don't know who else is coming into the office and may have a compromised immune system. Not to mention the therapist being shut in a room with you breathing your air. Here is information about massage while being sick. Please if not for your own wellbeing then for others, if you are sick or think you may be coming down with something cancel your appointment.
