For this bright, creamy blonde, I started with milk_shake Creative Permanent High Lift 12.17 (Ash Violet) to achieve maximum lift while maintaining beautiful tone. Before glossing, I shampooed with Color Specifics Clarifying Shampoo to remove any remaining color molecules and product buildup. That extra step helps ensure the toner grabs evenly and gives me a more predictable result.

✨ milk_shake the gloss formula:
• Equal parts 10N
• 10.37 (Gold Violet)
• 10.1 (Ash)

Could I clarify before the color service? Absolutely. But when you’re fully booked, sometimes it’s about working smarter, not harder. Clarifying between the lift and gloss has become one of my favorite ways to create a clean foundation for flawless toning.

Beautiful blondes don’t happen by accident…they’re built with intention. 💛🧡💛🧡

I never set out to be an influencer….I set out to be a hairstylist who loves people, education, and sharing what lights me up.
If showing up online helps the right clients find my chair, inspires another stylist, or encourages someone to chase their passion, then I’ll keep posting. I’m done dimming my light to make others comfortable.

I’m choosing to glow, and I hope you do too.
💛🧡💛🧡

Cool girls have cool jobs… and mine lets me create confidence behind the chair and inspire stylists beyond it. 💛🧡💛😎

Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest impact. 💛🧡

A referral. A tag in your story. Leaving a review. Liking, commenting, or sharing a post. Every single one of those actions helps your stylist more than you probably realize.

Behind every appointment is a small business, a family, a dream, and someone who pours their heart into making you feel your best.

If you’ve ever wondered how to support your hairstylist outside of your appointment, here are a few simple ways. They may only take a minute, but they make a lasting difference.

To every client who continues to support me in these ways….thank you. I never take it for granted, and I appreciate every single one of you. 🧡💛🧡

June has been full in all the best ways.
Bright blondes, precision haircuts that fall effortlessly into place, and celebrating love alongside my daughter. Moments like these remind me why I fell in love with this industry so many years ago.

Beautiful hair, meaningful connections, and memories I’ll carry with me long after the month is over. How does it get any better than that? 🧡💛🧡💛🧡

This industry has been part of me for as long as I can remember. It isn’t just what I do behind the chair or in the classroom—it’s how I’m wired.

Teaching, creating, learning, and helping others grow isn’t a hobby. It’s my purpose. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🤍

Fresh highlight maintenance for one of my favorite humans. ❤️

We refreshed her blonde using milk_shake Level 8 + 20 volume, then finished with The Gloss in a custom blend of 10.77 + 10.1 + 10.37. I love anchoring my blondes with just a touch of gold for reflection…it also creates a more dimensional, natural finish while keeping the brightness exactly where I want it.

On a personal note… this beautiful soul has been by my side for the last five years, and I honestly don’t know where I’d be without her friendship. She’s my travel buddy, vacation partner, the mama to the sweetest little girl I absolutely adore, and one of those rare friends who has walked beside me through every season. She’s celebrated with me, cried with me, laughed until we couldn’t breathe, and loved me in the kind of way that reminds you how precious true friendship really is.
Love you, friend. ❤️

If you survived 12-hour salon shifts, eating cheese between clients, working on 2 hours of sleep and a Red Bull, and then made it through Covid…

You might be a millennial hairstylist. ✂️😂

A year and a half ago, when Brittany and I became friends, our lives looked completely different than they do today.

Life has a way of changing us. It asks things of us we never expected, and sometimes it leaves us carrying more than we ever thought we could. Through all of that, I have been incredibly grateful not only to have someone who has been there for me, but to have been able to be there for her, too.

This week at the shore was something I didn’t realize I needed.

Since February, Kris has been telling me I needed a break. I kept insisting I was fine. That I could keep going. But the truth is, my soul needed a reset. My mind needed to slow down. Sometimes the only way to do that is to step outside of your everyday life for a few days and simply breathe.

More than anything, though, I wanted this time to be for Brittany. I wanted her to feel loved, supported, and cherished because that’s exactly how I feel about our friendship.

Navigating life, loss, grief, and hardship can make relationships complicated. Things don’t always go exactly as planned. But what matters is showing up. And this week was full of showing up.

Long walks. Late nights. Deep conversations. Meaningful silence. Laughing until we cried. Creating side by side on our phones because we’re both a little obsessed with it. Processing life, work, and everything in between.

Somewhere between the ocean air and the quiet moments, we both realized this needs to become a tradition. A few days after an intense training to relax, reconnect, process, and refill our cups before heading home.

This trip gave me more than a break. It reminded me how healing friendship can be.

And for that, I’m endlessly grateful. 🤍

Now let’s talk about how we got there. ✨

This transformation started with 𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒌_𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝑳𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍 𝟖 𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝟐𝟎𝒗𝒐𝒍 𝒐𝒙𝒊𝒅𝒊𝒛𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒆𝒎𝒖𝒍𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏, allowing me to achieve a clean, controlled lift while maintaining the integrity of the hair.

Once the desired level was reached, I refined the tone using 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑮𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒔, one of my favorite tools for creating a beautiful, customized finish. Toning isn’t just about neutralizing...it’s about enhancing, refining, and bringing the final color to life.

The right lightener, the right tone, and a thoughtful approach to the process are what create those seamless, high-impact results that look effortless.
