Twenty-one years ago, just months after Elan Salon first opened its doors, Misty joined the team -- and we honestly can't imagine our salon without her.

Over the years, she has become so much more than an incredible stylist. She has been a mentor, a leader, and a trusted friend to so many of the stylists who have come through our doors. Whether she's helping a new stylist build confidence, sharing her knowledge, or simply offering a kind word, Misty leads with patience, grace, and a genuine love for people.

If you've ever sat in her chair, you know exactly why her clients keep coming back. Her talent is undeniable, but it's her warmth, kindness, and ability to make every client feel special that truly sets her apart.

Through an ownership change, a move to a new location, and even the challenges of 2020, Misty has been a steady presence and a constant source of support. She has helped shape the culture of our salon and played a huge role in making it the place it is today.

Misty, thank you for your dedication, your loyalty, your friendship, and the countless lives you've touched over the last 21 years. We are incredibly grateful for you and proud to celebrate this milestone with you.
