In case you haven’t heard the news…

After an unforgettable 4 years, Sage & Lily Salon has officially closed its doors.

What began as a small dream grew into something far beyond a salon — a space filled with creativity, connection, transformation, laughter, tears, and years of beautiful memories shared with the most incredible clients. Every appointment, conversation, and moment in the chair helped shape the heart of this business into what it became.

As life evolves, so do our paths. I have accepted a new opportunity within the professional beauty industry, allowing me to step into a season focused on education, artistry, and growth on a larger scale. While the physical salon space is closing, the passion, artistry, and vision behind Sage & Lily will continue into this next chapter.

I have so much to feel grateful for:
full books with a new client waitlist after my first month in business,
industry accolades that I’m incredibly proud of — including having my work recognized as Top 100 in the world by BehindTheChair, as well as being honored as one of the Top 30 Under the Age of 30 hairstylists in the US by BeautyLaunchpad,
and countless memories that I’ll cherish forever with all of you.

To every guest, friend, and family member who trusted this space and supported the dream over the years — thank you. It has meant more than words could ever express.

Sage & Lily Salon is accepting applications for a licensed cosmetologist to join our team as a salon + personal assistant. This position is a unique opportunity to step into a supportive role within a calm, elevated, luxury salon environment, while also gaining behind-the-scenes experience in industry education.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily salon operations with a hands-on approach: assisting with clients, performing services, and maintaining a clean, beautiful environment
• Helping deliver a seamless, luxury client experience — from refreshments to personalized touches
• Assisting with client communication, scheduling, and social media content creation
• Providing organizational and hands-on support for education events and travel (masterclasses, demos, etc.)
• Contributing positively to the salon atmosphere with a warm, professional, and adaptable attitude

Hi, I’m Rachel — the artist and educator behind Sage & Lily Salon.
If we haven’t met yet (or if you’re new around here), welcome! I’m the owner of Sage & Lily, a coastal-inspired, low-tox luxury salon located in the heart of downtown Bloomsburg. Our space was built to feel like an oasis — where custom color, elevated care, and intention come together.

This summer, we’re celebrating 3 years in business — and I’m still in awe of the community that’s grown around this space. 🤎

As an artist, I specialize in blonding and lived-in dimensional color with a seamless, soft grow-out. My signature techniques focus on enhancing natural beauty while protecting the integrity of the hair — and over the years, I’ve had the honor of helping thousands of women feel like their most radiant selves.

Beyond the salon, I’ve built a platform of 30,000 followers on Instagram (), where I share educational content, behind-the-chair transformations, and real talk for fellow stylists. In the last 2 years, I launched my Signature Sage & Lily Blonding Masterclass Tour — an educational experience that’s sold out in cities across the U.S., with stylists traveling from multiple states to learn my methods in person.

I’ve also had the privilege of collaborating with some of the biggest names in the beauty industry — including Redken, Wella, Framar, Joico, Moroccanoil, Behind The Chair, and more. My work has been published by top industry platforms and featured in major beauty campaigns, and I was honored to be named one of Beauty Launchpad’s Top 30 Stylists Under the Age of 30 in 2025.
