Hello, I am Kara! I am a cosmetologist and certified eyelash technician located in Blue Springs, MO.
A full set can take anywhere from an hour and a half to two and a half hours depending on the look you are trying to achieve and how many natural lashes you have. A refill will take anywhere from forty-five minutes to an hour and a half. In order to book a refill, I require 40% of the lashes to be remaining or it is considered a full set. Please come to all appointments with a clean face free of a
ny make up or products, especially ones that contain oil. I will have lash cleanser available for you to wash your lashes upon arrival or you can choose to add on a lash bath where I will wash your lashes for you. Every client will leave with an aftercare card that explains what we go over after the appointment about caring for the lashes and you can purchase an aftercare kit that includes a foam cleanser, lash bath brush, eyelash brush, and lip mask. I will also be giving out Loyalty punch cards for a free refill, so remember to always bring that with you to your appointment or I can also store them in your client file for you! A lash removal typically takes thirty minutes to an hour but can take longer depending on where the lashes were done, what product was used, and how many are remaining! I do not offer refunds due to the products used and time spent, however I do offer free corrections if I am contacted within 72 hours of our appointment. Remember that you lose 2-5 natural eyelashes a day so some fall out is normal, however I do realize it can be confusing as a first timer and I want every client to feel comfortable contacting me with any questions or concerns! I also ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment with me to fill out client forms, wash your lashes, and talk with me about what you are wanting to achieve.
