It’s been such a rough week. I still haven’t recovered and can’t believe tomorrow is Monday 😭
Today I was tired, exhausted and craving all the junk food. Thought I’d give these a try and see if they hit the spot. Low carb and easy clean up. Winning!!! (Wait… do people still say that??)

Give it a try. Let me know what you think. I ate a few, tossed a few on my snack packs for work. Maybe I am crazy, but tastes pretty close to actual fried pickles.

When they send the WFH text 5 minutes after you arrive at work.

Drinking my aminos in place of coffee today. It’s my favorite pick me. Zero sugar, electrolytes, caffeine fro green tea. All the good stuff. Gonna make the most of it! …… after I waste 30 minutes showing my also hoodwinked coworkers all my project from the Christmas break 😂

I had bananas dying in my fruit basket cause we somehow ended up with a dozen this last week and of course it’s the week the kids find bananas disgusting 🙄 Got creative and made my own banana apple sauce and put it in my reusable and freezer safe food pouches. I left the apple skins on so the kids are getting the benefit of the extra fiber.

Starting 2022 hydrated! Did you know not drinking enough water can effect your energy level??? YES! A few more things not drinking anough water can cause
1. Bad breath 😮‍💨
2. Constipation 😖
3. More sickness 🤒
4. Bad skin 😱
5. Sugar cravings 🍩🍭🧁🍦🍪

How much is enough though???

Something I learned after becoming a PT, and something so wish I knew as a teen - when you feel thirsty, you are already feeling the effects of dehydration. So try to never get to that point, especially when you haven’t even done any activity.

There are a few methods to calculate how much water you need. And just right off the bat through out the 8 8oz glasses of water a day thought. Maybe use that if you plan to binge watch The Office and not move 🤷‍♀️

Method 1: Your weight divided in half. If you are 200 lbs that means 100 oz.

Method 2: It’s got some math involved! Your weight in lbs, divide by 2.2. Multiple that number by your age (those under 30 use 40). Divide that number by 28.3. And there you have your number of oz to drink each day.
