We love taking care of you and want to make sure every appointment runs smoothly for both our clients and our team 💕

To help us stay on schedule, here are a few friendly reminders:

⏰ Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in a 50% service fee.

💇‍♀️ Changes to Your Appointment
If you choose not to move forward with a service you originally booked, a 50% fee for that service will still apply.

💛 Life Happens
We completely understand that emergencies come up. If something unexpected happens, please reach out—we’re always happy to work with you when we can.
