I want to thank Tabitha Carter at Beauty Concepts for correcting my bad experience with getting my eyebrows done before!!! Tabitha really fixed someone else mistake! I just hated them before. She is very knowledgeable and explains well how to take care of your brows and pro long them in the future. Go see her she is fabulous and i highly recommend her. Thanks again Tabitha for making me feel i have nice eyebrows again. 😃
