CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
I understand that life happens and things pop up unexpectedly.. however, please notify me as soon as possible when needing to cancel or reschedule. I will now be requiring EVERY client to have a card on file in order to book an appointment. My time is valuable and it’s important to me to ensure I have a steady income. I hope you all understand! 🫶🏼

All services that are reserved for 2 or more hours require a minimum of 48hrs notice. (All color appointments) Services reserved for 1hr and under require 24hr notice. Failure to give proper notice client will be charged a cancellation fee. This fee varies on the service booked. Please message me if you have a questions regarding this new policy! 😊
