Navigating the Journey of Parenting a Gifted Child with Autism with Lisa | Season 1, Episode 2 *What happens when advocating for your child begins to consume ever...

It’s been a while since I introduced myself, so I thought it was time. 💙

I’m Lisa, a mom, advocate, healer, and the founder of Orah Energy.

For years, I’ve been in the trenches as a special-needs mom navigating schools, advocating for my child, fighting for support, hearing “no” far too many times, and learning what happens to a mother when she spends so much of herself taking care of everyone else.

And somewhere along the way, I realized something:

We can fight for our children without losing ourselves in the process.

That is a huge part of why I do what I do today.

I help special-needs parents who are exhausted, overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, or simply feel like they have disappeared somewhere inside the fight.

Through energy healing, guided meditation, sound, intuitive work, and energetic tools, I help you create space to breathe, release some of what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with yourself, and begin feeling like you again.

This isn’t about telling you to “just think positive.”

I know what it feels like when your child needs you and you’re running on empty.

I know what it feels like to walk into your house after another difficult meeting and finally let the tears come.

And I know that sometimes the person who needs support the most is the person everyone expects to keep holding everything together.

That person is you.

My work is about helping you come back to yourself so you can continue showing up for your child without completely abandoning yourself.

If you’re a special-needs parent who feels like you’ve been carrying the weight of the world, I want you to know:

You don’t have to do all of this alone.

I’m here.
And I understand. 💙

Sometimes I need a reminder as well. How to recover from multiple bad days in a row and how to give yourself some self-care.

I’m an intuitive healer for over a decade. That’s how I survived being an autism mom, a therapy mom, a lonely mom and how to come out the other side.

Lisa Malkin (@theenergeticadvocate) I Don’t Care If I Sound Nuts. I Jump Timelines. Things that used to take me five years to manifest are now taking me five weeks, five days, sometimes five minutes. Before it was even called manifesting, I was 13 years old and wanted a boombox so I could make mixed tapes for my friends. I remember ...

How do you exit a karmic loop?
Not by endlessly understanding it…but by becoming someone so high vibrational, it no longer fits inside your energetic space. The same pattern of lack disappears. More money shows up, more opportunities, soul friendships find you.

That is what happens in a Seraphim Blueprint Healing session.

There are specific energetic patterns and frequencies. The Seraphim is intelligent, it knows exactly what your system is ready to receive not more, not less.

Fear cannot fully exist in a field rooted in love, peace, joy, and higher consciousness. Your nervous system begins to feel safer. Your energy becomes lighter. Your reality begins responding to the frequency you now embody.

You don’t have to force the shift. You become the shift.

Whatever you’re searching for will now find you.

Most special-needs parents can’t just pack a bag and go away on a wellness retreat. I know I can’t go.
I would hear, don’t you have anyone to help you?

No, I don’t. Even though my son is now 18, I cannot go away and leave him in charge. The reality is, many of you are caregiving around the clock with little to no help. That’s exactly why I’m creating healing and wellness support through my YouTube channel and virtual offerings so you can receive care on your schedule, in your own space.

You can show up when you can.
Hit pause when you need to.
Watch at midnight after everyone is asleep.
Meditate with me while folding laundry, sitting in the car, or finally taking a quiet moment for yourself. Keep your phone nearby and reconnect whenever you need support.

Self-care shouldn’t only exist for people who can leave for a weekend retreat. You deserve nervous system support, healing, rest, and moments to breathe too.

Hop on a call with me if you’re ready for gentle support that actually fits real life. Please subscribe to my YouTube channel ☺️

And please remember: you are doing an incredible job. 💙♾️
