Sandy's Solutions

How many times a day do you go? What does your stool look like?

The answer to these questions might lead you to some unanswered questions about your health.

Optimal stools should be between 3 and 4.

Also, do you have floaters? Do they sink?

Get to know your body by getting to know what and how you release. Some answers are simple (more fiber, more water, etc.) Some answers only a dr can give.

When was the last time you talked to your dr about your stool?

After you talk to them, talk to me. I might be able to help you resolve many of the issues.

This is so true. Basically it says don't forget to love yourself.
