The under-eye area is one of the most requested treatment areas we see. It's also one of the most misunderstood.
Many patients come to us believing tear trough filler is a quick fix for looking tired. In reality, under-eye concerns are often much more complex than they appear.
At Tehila, we've dedicated years to studying facial anatomy, volume loss, and the relationship between the under-eye area and the rest of the face. Successful tear trough treatment isn't about simply filling a hollow. It's about understanding why that hollow exists in the first place.
Sometimes the answer is tear trough filler. Sometimes it isn't. Knowing the difference is where experience, assessment, and thoughtful treatment planning matter most.
