Winter is a time to move slower, reflect, & really tune into yourself. The sun setting earlier is your indicator to change up your routine which should definitely include your hair routine! Here are my tips for having your best hair this winter.

1. Hydration - Turning the heat on causes our hair to dry out extra this time of year. Whether it’s a hair mask, leave in or oil your hair craves extra hydration in the winter.

2. Wash less - The change in temperature & going from extreme cold (outside) to warm (inside) can be extremely drying on your hair. Washing less can help your hair retain some extra hydration through its natural oil.
HOT TIP: brush your hair from roots to ends to help distribute your scalps natural oil

3. Oil - Using a high quality oil on your hair can help immensely with hydration (& frizz). Apply before blow drying & after.
