High Desert Soap Co.

Our homemade soaps, lotions and body products are formulated for Idaho's four seasons and high desert climates. We make all our soaps in small batches using three production methods. Our "cold process" soap is the most popular as we have been able to adjust the formulas over the years using all premium vegetable oils and butters, retaining all the natural glycerin and only using carefully selected essential and fragrance oils. Because the curing time needed for cold process soap can be lengthy, we also incorporate a "hot process" method which also retains all the natural glycerin and is ready for immediate use. Our melt and pour method follows a basic pre-made soap formula which eliminates the in-house use of lye and calculations for specific formulas but is great for fun and makes a good bar of soap.
