Our legacy…Wyatt “The Barber” Price
For those of you that are new here…two years ago we lost our son Wyatt, as we were planning the barbershop with him and Gavin. The two were life long best friends and did everything together including becoming barbers. They chose the shop’s name and we all decided on the logo. Wyatt had a dream for the shop and all the things he felt were important. A nice place for clients, families, and barbers to be where it felt like a family.
Sadly, Wyatt had struggled with his mental health at times, and he committed su***de on August 24, 2024 at the age of 23 two months before the shop opened.
While the original plan was to open the shop for Wyatt, Gavin and a great group of barbers; it changed to honoring Wyatt’s legacy as a barber, in addition to providing a welcoming space for high-quality barbers. We brought his dream to life, and we are so proud of the barber family we have! Gavin cuts hair in the barber chair that Wyatt once used and sits in front of the mural of Wyatt cutting the hair of a neighbor boy.
Thank you for making our barbershop a place we are all proud of and thank you for helping us honor Wyatt’s legacy.
