7 years ago today, I graduated massage school. It was an 824 hour school in Michigan that lasted an entire year. It was easily the hardest year of my life. Between massage school, working at a fitness instructor and being a single mom to a 5 and a 3yo, I had my hands full. I wouldn't change any of it though!
I'm so thankful for where God has put me. I cannot imagine a career more perfect for me and my family. ❤️

Today's clients surprised me. All 4 clients had pelvic floor dysfunction despite presenting with completely different symptoms. One client was having pain down her arm. Another client was experiencing a sharp pain in her glute. Still another client had pain in her foot. The last client had pain in her upper trapezius area. But the common theme? Pelvic floor dysfunction. Because the pelvic floor was not working correctly, other parts of their bodies had to compensate. Because each person has different posture, daily activities and prior surgery history, the symptoms presented differently but the root cause was the same. After the corrections, the clients each left feeling great.
I have been trained in external pelvic floor therapy so I can puzzle out what the root cause of your pain is. What a fun job I have!!
