I couldn’t believe that this was a recent haircut I was accessing prior to her hair appointment.

I want us as hairstylist to do more consulting and honestly responding to the clients needs . If you are unsure keep having the conversation where you both are speaking tje same hair language and are on the exact page . Do not start the service until then or politely allow them to know you aren’t comfortable with proceeding with the service . At this point you can even refer them out .

But there is no reason to accept a client and not be able to meet the need !

was more than generous to make sure the entire team attended premiere Orlando . I am beyond grateful for the experience. Yes ! I have attended before but in this season of transitioning and rebranding this show really assisted a lot with my place in the industry .
