No shows are getting out of hand. I’ve had 3 so far this week while a list of other clients are waiting to get in. Not to mention me having to find a baby sitter for my baby just to sit here and have my time wasted.
Starting now, all new clients must put a 50% non-refundable deposit down to book.
Starting now, all no show clients must prepay in full to rebook and this is a non refundable deposit.
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
