We touch our phones, keyboards, door handles, steering wheels and countless other surfaces throughout the day, and then, without even realizing it, we touch our faces.
Constantly touching, picking or resting your face in your hands can transfer oil, dirt and bacteria to the skin and can make breakouts and irritation worse.
