The sun doesn’t clock out in the fall. UVA rays, the ones behind fine lines and dark spots, are around all year long. They go right through clouds and car windows. In Boone, the higher elevation means even more UV exposure.
My secret to never skipping it? A tinted powder sunscreen on top of my makeup. It sets my face, gives a little glow, and makes reapplying so easy I actually do it. This lives in my purse and tennis bag year-round!

Fall is my favorite season in the clinic, and not just because it’s finally sweater weather in the High Country. 🍂
