Des Anderson, LMT Des' Massage Corner

Sitting at a desk all day? Your body notices.

Hours spent at a computer can leave your neck, shoulders, upper back, and hips feeling tight and tired.

Massage can help:
Release built-up muscle tension
Reduce that “knotty” feeling in your shoulders
Encourage relaxation after a long workday
Give your body a chance to reset

Get to know a bit about Des!

Des has been a licensed massage therapist since 2020, and she truly loves what she does. She works with clients to develop a therapeutic plan to relieve pain, promote relaxation and achieve long term benefits of massage.

When she's not helping work out knots and sore muscles, she's chasing around her two young daughters, making candles, crocheting, or having a movie night. (How to Train Your Dragon, The Nightmare Before Christmas, or Guardians of the Galaxy are her faves)

No two massages with Des are exactly the same because no two people or their needs are. Whether you're looking for a relaxing Swedish massage, need some sports recovery, are pregnant and want some relief, or want to reap the benefits of hot stones/cupping, she'll make sure your session is exactly what your body needs.

She's one of those people who genuinely wants you to leave feeling better than when you came in.

If you haven't met Des yet, this is your sign to book with her! You'll leave feeling more relaxed, a little less stressed, and probably wondering why you waited so long. 💜🩵
