The Cats Meow Piercing Parlor

✨I’ve got some exciting news to share with you all. I’ll have more details posted on Friday afternoon once I get them all finalized✨

I pierced this little cutie AND her adorable sloth friend (who technically didn’t have proper, or any ear anatomy at all🤣) but we made it work.

Kids are seriously just the best and I enjoyed my time with these two.

This weekend is a busy one so my time at the shop is limited BUT had a 545p and 630p appointment reschedule last minute for this evening that I would love to fill back up❤️

UPDATE: Those times are now taken!

🤩New Menu🤩
Now that our Easter goodies have hopped away, our April Shake of the month is appearing and some fun NEW stackers!

💥Enjoy these goodies though the month of April💥
Keep watching for photos of our new additions🥳

Do you want to know what really trips my trigger?

When another VERY local shop advertises only using IMPLANT GRADE TITANIUM jewelry but you get “their” customers coming in to fix their issues and find they aren’t using anything close to implant grade anything. Anodizers don’t lie. Your customers deserve better.

Stop lying and pretending you know anything about jewelry or piercings that you learned from a 2 week class online. Shame on ALL of you.

I had just made the decision to open my own shop a few days before buying this old frame at Paradox. There was so much excitement and so many ideas on how I wanted the shop to look and be a reflection of me.

It’s been sitting in my garage ever since. Today I decided to do something for me that I enjoy. I haven’t done anything like this in many months. All the ideas for decorating the shop were put aside for all of life’s other responsibilities. I wish more people truly understood how much time and work outside of the shop it takes to run it successfully. I probably put more hours a week for the shop OUTSIDE of the shop than I do physically there. That’s on top of a full time job, being a mom and everything else.

I’m happy with this today and I’m happy I got a little time to shut my brain off.

I’m wanting this to go on my door to the shop with the shop name and basic information. If anyone can help me with this part, I will gladly pay or trade services. This is the part of being a business owner I’m not good at all😩

My last jewelry order literally flew out the door this month and I’m loving allll the gold but I’m also really appreciating the mixed metal trend happening right now as well❤️

April is looking like there will be change in jewelry suppliers which is very exciting and the Cat Wall will finally be completed…only about 5 months later then I hoped but I’m a firm believer in progress over perfection in the area of the business and have been focused on growth as a piercer everyday I’m at the shop. The hard work is paying off and I’m excited about that.

Spring is a great time for piercings before the summer heat and sweat can have an effect on fresh piercings. I have available times this week and weekend so call or text 516-709-9522 to schedule your appointment❤️

I’m always trying to come up with fun, new things to offer all my brave little ones that came in for their first piercings. I also love supporting other small businesses I love.

It’s always an honor to be part of such a memorable moment for them. Seeing the excitement in their eyes afterwards has always been one of my favorite things about piercing.

I’m excited to now be able to reward the sweetest little souls with a sweet treat from The Stone Path to make their experience a little more memorable❤️

Not your typical piercing post but my amazing son, Brock, has 7 of these left to sell for his baseball team fundraiser. He’s not one to NOT meet his goal (and neither am I).

PLEASE help him and I meet his goal. This Mommas stressed out and tired heart thanks you❤️

Anyone that has and will purchase one of these will also get $20 credit to The Cats Meow towards any piercing or jewelry.

Thank you!

Just a reminder that I pierce by appointment only and almost all my availability for this special is booked up🤗

Please reach out to me if you are still wanting to book an appointment. I’m expecting to be completely booked by the end of today if not before.

Thank you everyone❤️❤️❤️
