Hey Yoga Peeps!

Are you ready to enjoy your yoga practice in the comfort of your own home, led by an experienced practioner?

I will be launching a series of yoga classes this summer, starting with a very cozy and healing restorative yoga class Fridays at 6:30 pm starting 6/6/25. This four week series investment is $88.00 prepaid or $25.00 drop in. Classes will be held via Zoom. You must register 24 hours in advance to hold your space.
Props are required for a complete healing experience. Yoga mat, Bolster, two blocks, two pillows, two blankets, eye pillow. Please contact me for more information.
