High Maintenance Salon & Spa

It is with a heavy heart that we announce that High Maintenance Salon & Spa has permanently closed. This has been the most difficult decision I've ever had to make but the new COVID-19 operating restrictions for Salons has left me with few good options. Words cannot adequately express my sadness with this decision. I have a responsibility to ensure that our clients and employees are healthy and safe. I struggled with the protocols and limitations to provide that environment without risk for everyone. I agonized over this decision the past couple of weeks because I know it impacts many people; clients, employees, and friends.
We would like to thank you for choosing our salon and spa over the years. Our success as a business would not have been possible without your patronage and support. I wanted an environment that anyone could walk into and feel accepted. Everyone was going to find kindness. Over the years we have met several wonderful clients and many deep conversations. We want to thank each and every one of you for letting us be a part of your lives and part of your family. We could not have done it without the friendship and support of all of our amazing clients.
I have owned the business for seven years in July and could not have done it without my salon family. I have been so blessed to be with such talented women. They are a testament to the outstanding team we have assembled, the business we have created and the quality of services we have provided. It was extremely important to me to create a culture where everyone supports each other and builds self esteem. We have laughed together; encouraged our strengths, are honest no sugar coatings, trust and share in each other's lives. I have had the most incredible time learning and growing with you all. Thank you for always being genuine.
Despite our closure, we hope that your connection with our team can continue. They value each and every one of you and do hope to see you soon. Salon staff has been provided with your contact information and will be reaching out in the next few days.

With the unprecedented event the world is facing with the onset of COVID-19, we wanted to provide an update to our valued clients. Of course, this is a fluid situation and can change day to day or even hour to hour. We will post all updates on our social media pages.

For the health and safety of our clients and our staff, as of Tuesday, March 17th our Salon and Spa will be closed. All clients will be rescheduled for appointments after April 20th. In the event we feel it’s safe to reopen sooner, we will contact all clients whose appointments were rescheduled. We will be answering our phones so if you have any specific questions regarding your appointment we will be available. If we are unable to answer, please leave a message as we will return your phone call. We recognize this is an inconvenience for everyone, but these are necessary steps to ensure everyone’s safety.

We are going to take this situation week by week, based on State and Federal Restrictions in place and where the Country is at with the pandemic.

Dear Clients,
The health and safety of both our clients and staff is always our top concern. We take seriously the potential spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to doing our part to prevent it.

We are asking that if you aren't feeling well to please reschedule your service. We will not be able to service anyone with flu-like symptoms. For the safety of everyone, our licensed service professionals are permitted to decline service to any client exhibiting contagious symptoms and will reschedule your appointment. We have likewise instructed our staff that if they exhibit any cold-like symptoms, they should stay home.

We are also limiting our service menu during this heightened initial period. All staff has been given hand sanitizer to use continuously and we are regularly sanitizing and sterilizing. We are continuously looking into ways to keep our staff and clients as safe as we can. If you have any concerns or questions, please call or email.
