This place is more than a business to me—it’s a part of my family, my history, and who I’ve become. Built from legacy, shaped by every person who has walked through our doors, and carried with so much pride.
As I step into year 25, I’m honoring where we started while embracing where we’re going. We’re working on a rebrand that reflects not just the shop—but the growth, the vision, and the next chapter.

Legacy isn’t just what you leave behind… it’s what you build into others.
This year, we awarded our very first Frank P. Lucchesi Scholarship in partnership with Innovate Salon Academy—and choosing the recipient meant everything to me.
Anthony Us DeLeon , .tonybarber23 your story, your drive, and your respect for tradition reminded me so much of where I come from… and the legacy my grandfather built.

State board: “Add a sink.”
Us: “Bet.”
Bathroom: 3 feet wide and dramatic.
Husband: “I got you.”
So now we have maximum-security, all-in-one toilet/sink innovation.
And somehow…
it’s the most famous spot in the building. People take pictures of our bathroom 👀💈
We call it state correctional chic!
