I've still not gotten my MRI scheduled, but I'm hoping they call today or tomorrow. My shoulder is hurting more with every passing day.

I'm trying to stay positive, but every day I'm unable to work is another day I'm making $0. I'm ready to do whatever it takes to heal and get back to doing what I love.

I'm really hoping it's "just" a sprain, strain, or maybe a small tear that will heal with rest and physical therapy, and that surgery won't be necessary. Right now, it's just a waiting game, and that's been one of the hardest parts.

If you pray, I'd truly appreciate your prayers—for healing, answers, peace of mind, and a quick path back to work. My mental health has definitely taken a hit through all of this, but I'm holding on to hope. 💜

Yall know I keep yall informed. I was massaging last week and heard a pop in my shoulder, then arm went numb and I couldn't lift it. I couldn't get in my with P*P, so I went to the little quick care close to my house, diagnosed with frozen shoulder and was told to RICE, got an injection, steriod pack, and pain meds(I don't take pain meds)...still in immense pain, I scheduled with my P*P. She suspects a tear in my rotator cuff(teres minor/major), so I will be getting an MRI this week. I am very upset right now, but this too shall pass and will be contacting everyone individually. I am very sorry to upset anyone, but if I dont take care of me...I won't be able to continue to take care of yall. Prayers appreciated! If I'm not working, I'm making $0 so the sooner I can get back, the better for me.

I signed another 3 year lease on my office suite...do I think I'll make it physically or mentally another 3 years going the way I've been going...absolutely not. So changes are coming and with changes, I think its time to rebrand 🤔

I have decided starting in August, I will be taking off on Wednesdays and only working 2 Saturdays a month. Also, I will only be taking 5-6 clients a day.

I have a few things in the works as far as modalities and wellness.
