There is progress. Slow but moving. Jeremy is doing well and sends his love to all.

Please drop a note for Jeremy....the holidays are hard and just a few words makes him smile.

And we never stop....I bet you thought I was done. Nope.
Not remotely close to done.

Words can't express how much I love this kid and how proud I am of him.

Seeing him today...

An appropriate prison visit outfit is not as easy as one might think...
Going to finally hug my monkey tomorrow.
I'm so nervous/excited.

Never underestimate the power of a well worded argument colored in fact and logic.
Words have power where anger only brings fear.

I'm sure nobody thinks this will turn out ok..it sucks right now but faith pushes me forward. I am walking my kid out those prison doors. He will not be stuck there.
The powers that be will see they picked the wrong one.
I am coming for you MASSACHUSETTS!!

If you follow this please understand Jeremy is wrongfully incarcerated. He is not guilty of theses crimes. There was plenty of evidence to prove that.
But when you fall prey to a corrupt ADA...a corrupt and inadequate attorney of your own and a judge who is friends of this supposed 'victims' family...when your funds can't pay for a real defense or you get a lawyer who simply doesn't care...
You too can find yourself exactly where he is. He never pled. He could have but he took it to trial. Unfortunately they had it all set up from jump. We were supposed to lose. Guilt wasn't the point. Political agenda most likely is and was. For many involved parties.
We are fighting. We are preparing for this battle. I know we are winning it but things need to be done a certain way. We will win.
Don't just trust the people put in place to 'protect' us. They always protect themselves first and you will lose.
Always dig deeper.....don't just eat what they feed you.

No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Know what this means. Your future freedom could depend on it.

What is the only thing more important than a fair trial?
The right to IT..
It is ours so if you feel it's being violated in any way don't stay quiet..
The 6th amendment.
The 14th amendment.
KNOW them.

If you ever find yourself in the line of legal fire...don't give your freedom away.
If Jeremy had pled out we wouldn't have the appeal.
He wouldn't have the chance to win and be exonerated. He can live his life without being a felon. And he will. I'm not worried. It sucks he's in jail at all but just wait til you see the grand finale of this story. We aren't even near the end. Wait til you see him free. Innocent. And doing amazing things with his future..
Wait til you see the state be proven wrong and this as***le prosecutor sitting at the defense table when we hold him accountable.
So the dead kids family can suck it. Your kid brought this on himself and soon enough you'll see the irrefutable proof...
