As the owner of Natural Skincare | Bodycare for Dry Skin] & wearing so many other hats (including grad student & mother), I’ve been struggling with my mental health & maintaining balance in my life.

I had to step away from Bellavana for several months & it was a decision I made after I realized the block I kept facing wasn’t external - it was internal, coming from within myself.

In the time I’d been gone, I’ve been working on my mental, emotional & physical health & chose to invest into myself because it was becoming evident I hadn’t been, which started to manifest in my inconsistency with the business & made it difficult to show up for you.

I had to take time to learn about myself, to build my personal brand & to prioritize my mental & physical health without guilt.

I encourage you to prioritize & invest in yourself in the same way, because sometimes we get caught in the cycle of the grind & forget to refuel.
