September is already coming in HOT. š„
Iām heading into an incredible week at Natalie Lelless Beauty with two major projects kicking off the month and while discretion is part of the job, Iām excited to share what I can, when I can.
Twenty+ years in this industry and I still love what I do, the people I get to work with, and where this career continues to take me.

August!! You were one heck of a month. āØ
Firstly, gratitude. So much gratitude.
To my 8 brides & their parties who entrusted me & my team with your most special day glam, my one-off clients, my mindset mentoring girls, and every opportunity that came my way this month, thank you.
August, you were magical & beautiful. Filled with incredible work, new opportunities, celebrations, sweet moments with people I love, and memories Iāll carry with me long after summer ends.
And you reminded me just how much can happen when you trust the version of yourself that already exists, even when the rest of the world hasnāt caught up yet.
That was one of the messages from our Fab Fierce Females Society dinner this month, and I havenāt stopped thinking about it since.
Iām closing out August incredibly grateful, very full, and very much HER.
September is already filled with some pretty incredible opportunitiesā¦ and a few clients Iāve signed NDAs for, so thatās all I can say about that. š¤«

I spent years thinking the work had to speak for itself.
So I let it.
I built the career.
I mastered the craft.
I created the business.
I became the person people trusted with some of the most important moments of their lives.
But somewhere along the way, I realized something:
My hands were never the only gift.
My voice is one too.
The things Iāve learned about confidence, identity, money, boundaries, business, intuition, success, failure, reinvention , mindset....all of it was meant to become part of the work.
Maybe the next level isnāt about doing more.
Maybe itās about finally allowing yourself to be seen for all of who you are.
So, Iām taking a seat.
And I have a lot to say. š¤
