You don’t need a reason to reset.
Sometimes your body just needs a pause. A moment to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself.
Whether that looks like time in our Bliss amenities, or a massage or facial that helps your body finally exhale, there’s space here for you to reset in the way you need.
Come give yourself that at Release. Explore our Spa Memberships at the link in bio.
No emails, no calls, no notifications. Just space to breathe.
We spend so much of our day responding, answering, and multitasking. Sometimes the most supportive thing you can do for your nervous system is step away from the noise for a while.
At Release, our Bliss amenities are one of the many ways we support nervous system recovery and overall well-being. Alongside our classes, spa services, workshops, and recovery offerings, spaces like the Red Light Sauna, Mineral Spa Tub, and Cold Plunge are designed to help your body slow down, regulate, and reconnect with itself again.
Because wellness isn’t only about doing more. Sometimes it’s about finally having permission to do less.

Your future self is watching you.
They’re hoping you take care of yourself now, so they can do things later.
The movement you choose today, the way you care for your body, and the moments you give yourself to reset add up.
It adds up to more energy, more strength, and more life to live.
So one day, you can say yes to the things that matter most
like that hike, that trip, and that moment with your grandkids.

A day for remembrance. Memorial Day reminds us that freedom was never free. Honoring those who gave everything, and appreciating the moments we get to share because of it.

Mental health isn’t only about managing thoughts. It’s also about supporting the systems that shape how we feel.
In Linda’s latest reflection on our blog, she shares the Five Petals of well-being we return to at Release:
🌿 Movement
🌿 Mindfulness
🌿 Recovery
🌿 Nourishment
🌿 Discovery
Because sometimes what feels like burnout, anxiety, or depletion is really a signal that one of these areas needs tending.
Swipe through for a simple framework to check in with your own well-being this Mental Health Awareness Month.
Which petal feels most neglected right now?

Had the privilege of joining ISPA’s Town Hall yesterday on Spa Pricing and Promotions: Trends and Tradeoffs, alongside Kenneth Ryan of The Estate (moderator), Shane Bird of Skana Spa at Turning Stone, Jennifer Holzworth of Montage International, and Gary Virden of The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island.
An hour of honest conversation on the questions every spa leader is wrestling with right now:
How pricing strategy has evolved over the last few years and where dynamic pricing fits in, where strategic discounting ends and brand devaluation begins, filling last-minute openings without eroding value, what’s next for pricing and promotions in our industry, and more.
So much to learn from leaders doing this work thoughtfully across very different models. Grateful to ISPA for the platform and to my fellow panelists for a generous, candid conversation.
ISPA members, the recording will be available in the ISPA member portal. It’s worth a listen!

Not everything people carry is visible.
Sometimes it shows up as tension in the jaw, racing thoughts that won’t slow down, or a nervous system that’s been stuck on high alert for too long.
And sometimes, when you finally give your body space to be supported, something begins to soften.
At Release, our massages are considered more than just relaxation. They are support for the nervous system, the stress, and everything the body has been holding onto.
If you’ve been carrying more than usual lately, this is your reminder to take care of yourself too. Book an appointment at the link below and release what you’ve been holding on to today.
